Gina Noelle Ash
Gina is a Colorado native who has been painting since childhood and held her first one-woman show at age 16. She has exhibited in various galleries and venues throughout Colorado, Texas, Maryland, and Virginia, and is a current member of the Fairfax Arts Council, the artists' cooperative ArtBeat, and an artist member of the Virginia Watercolor Society.
Statement
Most of my paintings are
rooted in an emotional response to a piece of music or literature, so
I suppose that makes me an illustrator at heart. It pleases me most as
an artist to produce a work that is thought-provoking, even unsettling.
